摘要
叙述了科技查新工作与竞争情报服务的相同与不同之处,分析了高校在科技查新工作中开展竞争情报服务的意义,并指出高校图书馆在科技查新工作中具有的信息资源、人才、技术设备及环境等多种优势,探讨了在高校科技查新工作中开展竞争情报服务应采取的策略。
This paper expounds the similarities and differences between the sei-teeh novelty retrieval and the competitive intelligence service, analyzes the significance of developing the competitive intelligence service in universities, points out the superiorities of university library in information resources, talents, technical equipment and environment, and probes into the strategies that the university should adopt in the competitive intelligence service.
