摘要
为了对燃气大锅灶的性能进行全面评价,选取了几台品牌不同、型号相同的燃气大锅灶进行测试.在非数据指标均合格的情况下,根据灰关联分析方法,综合考虑可得数据的指标:烟气中CO含量、热效率、热负荷偏差、温升速率和燃烧噪音等,对其进行分析评价,找到了综合性能最优的大锅灶,为全面和科学地进行方案选择提供了参考.
Several commercial gas cooking oven with different brand and the same type are selected and tested for comprehensive performance evaluation. According to theories of grey relation analysis (GRA), analysis and evaluation are given to commercial gas cooking oven with considering indexes of CO content in exhaust fume, thermal efficiency, heat load deviation, temperature rise rate and combustion knock when nondata indexes are qualified. The optimum commercial gas cooking oven with comprehensive performance is gotten and some references may be provided for the comprehensive and scientific selection.
