摘要
在我国中小型炼厂催化裂化生产中,铜片腐蚀不合格严重影响了汽油得产品质量,硫和硫化氢含量超标是铜片腐蚀不合格的主要原因,黑龙江石化有限责任公司重油催化裂化装置应用新型汽油非碱脱臭工艺,以脱除元素硫、硫化氢和硫醇为手段,达到使催化汽油铜片腐蚀合格的目的。非碱脱臭工艺的流程如下:稳定汽油经脱水罐沉降脱水,再碱洗去除硫化氢及部分硫醇,剩余硫醇在w102催化剂作用下,用空气氧化成二硫化物,再脱除空气,少量硫化物转化为硫化金属盐,吸附元素硫,完全去除硫化氢、元素硫、硫醇,保证了汽油的质量。
Excess sheet copper erosion which has a bad effect on the quality of gasline,has long been a harassment of refinery of mediumsized . Excess sheet copper erosion is caused by the high content of sulfure and sulfureted hydrogen. A new process named non-alkali ordour moving developed by Ltd.Heilongjiang has resolved the problem successfully.
The process are as following: after sedimentation and dewatering in a dewatering tank ,the stabilized gasline flows into a reactor, where snlfareted hydrogen and part of mercaptan are moved by alkali treatment, and then ,the remaining mercaptan is oxidated into disulfide by oxygen, the rest of which is moved next. After that, part of sulfide is transformed into and then s, sulfide ,and mereaptan was moved completely.
