摘要
本文介绍了狮子滩电站水轮发电机组改造增容可行性论证、设计、制造、施工过程，分析了改造增容中的技术难点和取得的效益。为国内其它同类型机组改造提供了可借鉴的经验。
The paper intruduces the feasibility study,design,manufacture,construction of transforming turbine and generator units for installed capacity increases at Shizitan hydropower station.The technical problems and benifits gained from the transformation project are studied.The experience can be used for reference to other similar units transformation in our country.
