摘要
目的通过序列测定方法对ABO血型进行深入研究。方法采用ABO基因的克隆序列测定方法对临床疑难标本进行分析研究。结果建立了稳定的ABO基因克隆测序方法并应用于疑难标本鉴定。结论该诊断方法不仅成为ABO血型确诊的可靠保障,而且为ABO变异型分子基础的深入研究提供了重要依据和技术支持。
Objective To establish DNA sequencing method for the identification of ABO blood group. Methods Complicated samples of blood group were analyzed by DNA cloning and sequencing technique. Results The DNA sequencing method was established and proved to be stable through its application on the analysis of complicated samples. Conclusions The DNA cloning and sequencing method provides a reliable guarantee on ABO genotyping and technical support for further study on molecular genetics of complicated blood group.
