计算机辅助三维定标法在冠、矢状位MRI脑结构定位的研究 被引量:16

摘要 目的:为冠状及矢状位断层影像解剖研究探讨新的方法。方法:应用个人计算机设备,采用计算机辅助的三维定标法,对大脑冠状位、矢状位MRI上中央进行了识别、定位,并与连续追踪法结果比较。结果:计算机辅助三维定标法精确、方便地实现了中央沟在冠状面、矢状面等各断层MRI的识别和准确定位,识别结果与连续追踪法互相印证。结论:计算机辅助的三维定标技术可用于断层影像解剖学的研究。 Objective:To investigate a new method for the study on coronal and sagittal sectional-imaging anatomy.Methods:Techniques of three dimension cursor based on volume multi-orientation sections were used to identify and localize precisely the cerebral central sulcus on the continuous coronal and sagittal MRI by using a person computer.Results:The cerebral central sulcus on the continuous coronal and sagittal MRI were identified and localized precisely.The results were unanimous with the continuous tracing configuration.Conclusions:The method of 3-Dimension-Cursor can be used in the study of sectional-imaging anatomy.
