外阴疣状癌四例报道及文献复习
摘要
外阴疣状癌是一种罕见的外阴低度恶性肿瘤，是外阴鳞癌的一种特殊类型。本病术前诊断困难，治疗上也存在诸多争议。本文对中国医学科学院中国协和医科大学肿瘤医院自1984年至2007年收治的4例外阴疣状癌的资料进行回顾，结合相关文献复习分析本病临床病理特点及预后特征。
