摘要
对全国114家锅炉压力容器生产企业进行走访和调研,采集了包括28100组钢板数据和20400组钢管数据在内的150余万个数据,全面了解了我国承压设备常用材料整体使用情况和技术水平。通过对承压设备常用材料质量的符合性验证分析,提出了关于我国承压设备材料复验的若干建议。
After visiting 114 boiler and pressure vessel manufacturers, we got more than 1. 5 million datum including data of 28100 groups of steel plates and 20400 groups of steel tubes, and obtained much important information about condition of being used and technical level of pressure equipment materials. After analyzing the quality conformance of pressure equipment materials, we give some advice of material retest.
