摘要 金属尘化是化工设备发生在高温碳氢环境下的一种灾难性腐蚀,通过试验研究加热炉管材料Cr5Mo在600℃、50%CO-H2-3%H2O气氛下的尘化腐蚀,通过热力学原理讨论了低合金材料在高温碳氢气氛下的尘化腐蚀条件,以称重法、微观形貌分析等结果分析了Cr5Mo钢的尘化腐蚀过程,从而得到了该材料在尘化腐蚀过程中的劣化规律。 Metal dusting is a catastrophic corrosion in chemical process equipment, which occurs in high temperature and hydrocarbon atmosphere. The metal dusting process of heat - furnace tube material Cr5Mo at 600℃ ,in 50% CO -H2 -3% H2O mixture had been studied by experiment. Using thermodynamics policy of metal dusting, the condition of metal dusting for low alloy steels in high temperature and hydrocarbon atmosphere is discussed, with the measured results of weighing and metallurgical analysis, the process of metal dusting in Cr5Mo is studied to find the degradation regularity of metal dusting in this material.
