摘要
基于液态压铸技术,研究了浇注温度对Al—10%Si合金组织与性能的影响,同时利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对其拉伸断口形貌进行分析。试验结果表明:随着浇注温度的升高,试样的晶粒尺寸先减小而后增大,而其抗拉强度、伸长率和硬度先增加而后减小;合金的断裂类型属韧性断裂和准解理断裂的混合断裂模式。在本试验条件下,压射比压16 MPa、模具温度150℃、压射速度2.5 m·s^(-1)、浇注温度720℃时,压铸Al—10%Si合金的力学性能最优,其抗拉强度、伸长率和硬度分别可以达到σ_b233 MPa、δ_5 8.57%、HBS57.9。
The influence of pouring temperature on the micro- structure and mechanical properties of die casting Al-10%Si alu- minum alloy has been investigated by liquid die casting technolo- gy,fracture surface are analyzed by scanning electron microsco- py.The research results indicate that with the increase of the pouring temperature,grain size is decreased firstly and then in- creased,while the tensile strength,percentage elongation and HBS is increased firstly and then decreased;The tensile fracture mechanism of die casting Al-10%Si aluminum alloy revealed a trangranular model with quasicleavage feature.Under this experi- ment conditions,at the pouting temperature of 720℃and die temperature of 150℃and injection speed of 2.5 m.s^(-1) and injec- tion pressure of 16 Mathew results show that the mechanical properties of Al-10% Si alloy can reach toσ_b=233MPa,δ_5= 8.57% and HBS=57.9.
