摘要
分析了内锥螺纹的螺旋形状特点,从而决定采用100等分螺旋1周,均匀递增轴向进给与径向进给的方法进行数控铣削编程,从而实现了数控铣削内锥螺纹。作者还介绍了数控铣削内锥螺纹时的过程和技巧。
This paper analyzes the spiral shape characteristic of inner cone thread,thus decided to adopt 100 division screw one circle and even increasing axial feed and radial feed to carry on the numerical control milling programming.This realized numeri- cal control milling inner cone thread.It also introduced the process and skill of inner cone thread in the numerical control milling.
