摘要
预测2010年东北、内蒙古地区木材的供需状况。到2010年区域木材供给量为4808.50万m3,其中区域木材产量占58%,从俄罗斯进口的木材占42%。木材的需求量为6475.81万m3,供需缺口达1 667万m3。不考虑区域外的需求及国外的需求,东北、内蒙古地区的木材供给还是能够满足本地区经济建设需求的。木材供需的缺口对本地区木材需求不会造成太大的影响,但却对其他地区对木材的需求将产生重要影响。对于东北、内蒙古地区而言,俄罗斯远东地区是理想的木材供应基地,应规范企业的对俄木材贸易,将这一地区开发成可持续的木材供应市场。
The supply and demand of timber in the northeast and Inner Mongolia of China was forecasted. By 2010, the gross supply of timber in this region would have been 48.085 million m^3 , among which regional timber production and import timbet from Russia would occupy 58% and 42%, respectively, whereas demand of timber would be 67.7581 million m^3 , so the gap between supply and demand would achieve 16.67 million m^3 . It was clear that supply of timber would meet the requirement for economic construction in this region if not considering demand of other region and foreign countries. The gap between supply and demand would not exercise great influence on timber demand of the northeast and Inner Mongolia region, but it would have great effect on timber dernand of other region. For the northeast and Inner Mongolia region, Far East area of Russia was perfect timber supply market and it wad pointed out that trade strategy adapting to timber export tax of Russia should be put out and timber trade of our enterprises to Russia should be standardized. In addition, banning illegal harvesting was very important to the sustainable timber market.
