某桥梁钢焊接箱裂纹产生原因分析

摘要 某桥梁用结构钢板,厚度14?,采用CO2气体保护焊进行对接,焊接完成后,发现一条从焊缝内延伸出来的裂纹。用力学试验、化学分析、宏观检验、金相检验等方法,对试板裂纹进行了检验和分析。结果表明,该裂纹为折叠裂纹,形成裂纹的原因是板坯在热轧过程中落入异物,随着板坯的滚轧,大块状异物逐渐被嵌入钢板芯部,同时被轧成不规则的扁形长条状,使钢板表面挤压成折叠裂纹。 One steel plate used on a bridge was jointed using CO2 gas shielded arc welding, after weld, a crack extended out from the welded joint was found. We examined and analyzed the steel plate with methods such as testing its mechanical property, chemical analysis, macroscopic examination, metallographic examination. The results indicate that the crack is a folded crack, the genesis of which was that imputity failed in when the steel plate was hot rolling, as the blank was rolling, big imputity was embed gradually into the steel plat, and in the same time, the imputity was rolled into irregular sector long strip, so folded crack was formed on the surface of the steel plate.
