摘要
介绍了国家重大科学工程项目——兰州重离子加速器冷却存储环(HIRFL-CSR)的实验环(CSRe)团簇内靶的温度控制系统。这个系统主要通过远程控制加热功率来改变喷嘴的温度。温度的测量是通过测量铜丝的电阻得到,加热电流和测量部分构成反馈回路,实现温度的自我调节和手动调节,以满足实验的要求。
The system has been introduced, including it's design of software and hardware. Temperature control system adjust cluster-jet target's temperature by heater remotely. Value of temperature is calculated by measuring value of brass wires' resistance. Control and temperature measurement make a feedback loop. The system can meet experimental requirements fully.
