摘要
目的研究高血压患者血浆C型利钠肽(CNP)、树眼镜蛇利钠肽(DNP)浓度变化,并初步分析CNP、DNP浓度变化的相关因素。方法入选原发性高血压不伴左心室肥厚患者26例(EH组),原发性高血压伴左心室肥厚患者26例(EH伴LVH组);另选健康体检者21例为对照组。采用ELISIA方法检测血浆CNP、DNP浓度,采用超声心动图测量心脏结构。结果(1)高血压患者血浆CNP、DNP浓度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),高血压伴左心室肥厚患者CNP、DNP浓度明显高于高血压组和对照组(P<0.05)。(2)高血压患者不同分级组血浆CNP、DNP浓度无显著差别。(3)高血压患者血浆CNP浓度与室间隔厚度(IVST)、左心室重量指数(LVMI)呈正相关(r=0.638,0.420,P<0.05)。高血压患者血浆DNP浓度与心脏结构指标中左心室重量指数呈正相关(r=0.475,P<0.05)。结论高血压患者血浆CNP、DNP浓度升高,在高血压伴左心室肥厚的患者升高更明显,且与LVMI呈明显的相关性。
Objective To investigate the change of plasma C-type natriuretic peptide(CNP) and dendroaspis natriuretic peptide (DNP) levels in the patients with essential hypertension. Methods Twenty-six essential hypertensive patients and twenty-six hypertensions with left ventricular hypertrophy were recruited with 21 normal persons served as healthy controls. CNP and DNP con centrations were measured by ELISIA. Echocardiography and Bioz. corn digital non-invasive hemodynamic monitoring were obtained in all patients. Results (1)The plasma CNP and DNP levels in hypertension groups were higher than those in healthy control group (P〈0.05). The plasma CNP and DNP levels in the group of hypertensions with left ventricular hypertrophy were higher than those in hypertension group and healthy control group(P〈0.05). (2) There was no differences of the plasma CNP and DNP levels between different grades of essential hypertensive patients. (3) The concentration of CNP in essential hypertensive patients was positively correlated with IVST, LVMI(r=0. 638,0. 420, P〈0.05). The concentration of DNP was positively correlated with LVMI(r=0. 475 ,P〈0.05). Conclusion The plasma CNP and DNP levels in essential hypertensive patients were increased. The plasma CNP and DNP levels in hypertension group were lower than those in the group of hypertensions with left ventricular hypertrophy.
