摘要
为提高耳鼻咽喉头颈外科医师对颈部组织细胞性坏死淋巴结炎（CHNL）的认识，报告3例与CHNL诊断有关的病例资料，结合文献复习，总结了CHNL的流行病学和临床及病理学特征，重点探讨了CHNL与恶性淋巴瘤的鉴别诊断。
In order to improve and deepen the cognition of CHNL among otolaryngoloist, this paper reports 3 cases pertinent to CHNL's diagnosis, discusses and summarizes epidemiological, clinical and pathological characteristicses of CHNL, probles into key points of differential diagnosis of both CHNL and malignant lymphoma and presents 3 newadvancements of pathological research about CHNL.
