摘要 随着建筑节能的推广,迫切需要适合各地区的节能住宅技术评价方法。文章根据寒冷地区节能住宅特点,设计相应的技术经济评价指标体系,引入层次分析法、灰色关联度和模糊综合评价法对节能住宅设计方案进行评价,最后通过实例说明如何运用基于层次分析法的灰色模糊综合评价法进行节能设计方案的优选。分析模型可供节能住宅设计方案优选时参考。 With the development of con struction energy con servation, it's urgent to find out the energy efficient residential buildings' techno-economic assessment methods which suit various local. The article designs evaluation structure of the energy efficient residential buildings' techno-economic assessment on the characteristic of residential buildings in local area. Use analytic hierarchy process and gray-fuzzy comprehensive assessment to evaluate the plan of design; finally, though the example explained how to utilize the gray-fuzzy comprehensive assessment based on AHP in choosing the optimal design. The model can be references of choosing optimal plan of design about energy efficient residential buildings.
