从大约2000年至今，我国重型卡车用柴油机市场发生了很大的变化，而且变化速度非常快。仔细理清这些变化的来龙去脉，笔者发现这些变化的发生有着深层次的原因，其中既有国家政策的促进，也有厂家的创新和对市场的理解、开发和引导，同时还有终端用户需求的推动。
