摘要
CO2气体保护电弧焊简称CO2焊，是一种在工业上应用广泛的焊接方法。在国内客车制造中，CO2焊以高效率、大熔深、低成本等优点成为客车骨架的主要焊接方式。目前，CO2焊在国内客车焊接劳动总量中所占的比例超过80％。
CO2 welding method is widely used in the industry, same as in the industry of bus and coach manufacturing. The author introduced inside out the most common defects happened during the welding process in bus and coach manufacturing and several prevention measures as well from which much could be drawn for the industry.
