摘要
介绍了气囊压滤机应用于碱法麦草化学浆黑液提取的运行结果。并对比了该机与鼓式真空洗浆机的洗浆效果,对两种设备组合的洗浆效果进行了预测和效益分析评估。
A newly developed novel efficient black liquor extraction equipment, gasbag press filter, used for wheat straw pulp washing is introduced in this paper. The operation characteristic in brown stock washing of the equipment is presented .The washing efficiencies of the gasbag press filter and the vacuum drum washer operating parallelly are compared. The washing result of jointly using the gasbag press filter and vacuum drum washer is estimated. And the benefits when it is applied in a pulp mill with capacity of 100t/d are evaluated.
