6例子宫内膜癌复发临床分析 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨子宫内膜癌复发的相关因素,重视子宫内膜癌的规范诊治。方法回顾性分析2005年1月～2007年9月6例子宫内膜癌复发患者的临床病例资料。结果(1)术前辅助检查严重缺陷致术前评估不充分,影响治疗方式的选择;(2)术中3例未行腹腔细胞学检查,6例均未行腹主动脉旁淋巴结切除术或取样,未按FIGO要求进行准确的手术-病理分期,有漏诊III期病例的可能;(3)术后病理存在缺陷,影响临床医师判断是否需要术后辅助治疗及选择合适的辅助治疗方式;(4)术后未及时、足量、足程给予辅助治疗,包括放疗、化疗及激素治疗,延误了最佳治疗时机。结论规范性的诊断、治疗子宫内膜癌将最大限度地降低复发率及延长无瘤生存期。
