摘要
目的探讨非体外循环下手术治疗左心房和心包内肺静脉受侵犯的肺癌的效果。方法1995年6月～2008年1月对14例局部晚期肺癌患者施行非体外循环下肺切除合并左心房部分切除术,其中左全肺叶切除4例,左上肺叶切除1例,左下肺叶切除5例,右全肺切除2例,右中、下肺叶切除2例。结果全组无手术死亡,术后1、3、5年生存率分别为78.57%、42.86%、35.71%。结论非体外循环下局部晚期肺癌行肺切除合并左心房部分切除,延长患者了生存期,提高了患者的生活质量。
Objective To probe into the effect of operation monary veins with unextracorporeal circulation. Methods 14 in pulmonary carcinoma of invaded left atrium and pericardium pulcases of patient with local advanced stage pulmonary carcinoma were treated with pneumonectomy and part left atrium removal from Jun, 1995 to Jan, 2008.4 of them were operated left total pneumonectomy, 1 left up pneumoneetomy, 5 left down pneumonectomy, 2 right total pneumoneetomy and 2 right middle,down pneumoneetomy. Results No operative death in the whole group.Their survival rate after the operation is respectively 78.57% after 1 year, 42.86% after 3 years and 35.71% after 5 years. Conclusion To the patients,local advanced stage pulmonary carcinoma treated with pneumonectomy and part left atrium removal will prolong their living period and improve their living quality.
