自身免疫性结缔组织病相关肺动脉高压的诊治 被引量：1

摘要 正常人体肺动脉平均压（mean pulmonary arterial pressure，mPAP）约为12-16mm Hg（1mm Hg=0．133kPa），静息状态下mPAP〉25mm Hg或活动状态下〉30mm Hg时称为肺动脉高压（pulmonary arterial hypertension,PAH）。按2003年WHO威尼斯分类，PAH的一个大类为“其他疾病相关性PAH”，其中“结缔组织病相关性PAH”排在首位。
