摘要
Co- Cr- Mo合金是一种耐腐蚀性能很好的植入人体金属材料 ,它在人体中保持钝化状态 ,正常情况下终身勿须更换。对于从人体中取出的一支 Co- Cr- Mo合金人工关节做了失效分析 ,并进行了细菌对Co- Cr- Mo合金关节试块腐蚀的模拟试验。发现 ,产绿色素绿脓杆菌对 Co- Cr- Mo多孔面人工关节有腐蚀作用 ;
Co- Cr- Mo alloy is a kind of very good corrosion- resistant materials for manu- facturing articles that being immersed into human body.In the human body the alloys always keep passive state.Most of the Co- Cr- Mo artificial joints taken out of patients are non- corrod- ed,only one exception has been found that the porous- coated joint taken out of the patient after conservative treating for two years was infected by the green pustule bacillus. The failed joint was analyzed immediately and a simulated corrosion test was conducted by using a specimen of a Co- Cr- Mo joint.It was concluded that the green pustule bacilli which producing green pigment are corrosive to Co- Cr- Mo artificial joints.
