摘要
近年来仿生溶液法制备Ca-P生物活性陶瓷涂层成为生物材料表面改性的重点方向,综述了采用仿生溶液法,尤其是TiO2法在钛和钛合金表面制备Ca-P生物活性陶瓷涂层的方法、形成机理以及形成Ca-P/蛋白质涂层的研究进展,提出了提高钛合金表面生物活性最佳途径,展望了仿生溶液法的应用前景.
Deposition of Ca/P bio-ceramic coatings by research orientation in the field of surface modification biomimetic solution methods have become an important of biomaterials in recent years. This paper summarizes the research development of TiO2 preparation method for Ca - P coatings and its formation mechanism as well as the formation of Ca - P/protein coatings. The optimal method for improving the surface bioactivity of titanium alloys has been proposed and the application of biomimetic solution method has been expected.
