摘要 目的:观察具有完美脉冲技术(optimal pulse technology,OPT)的新型强脉冲光(intense pulsed light,IPL)脱毛的临床疗效及安全性。方法:应用具有OPT的新型IPL对195例患者共计376个部位进行脱毛治疗。4~6周治疗1次,4次为一个疗程。分别于每次治疗前及第4次治疗后2个月记录治疗部位毛发密度(根/cm2),以治疗前后毛发密度计算毛发减少百分率来评价治疗效果;并随访6个月观察不良反应;同时评定医师和患者的主观满意程度。结果:每次治疗后,有效率分别为28.99%、76.33%、87.77%、95.48%。治疗结束时,各脱毛部位疗效相当。随访6个月,有150个(39.89%)脱毛部位毛发再生。所有再生毛发面积不超过原有脱毛面积的10%,且再生毛发较治疗前变细变黄,生长延迟。治疗结束时,有12个(3.19%)治疗部位发生轻微炎症后色素沉着,随访6个月色素沉着消失,所有患者均未发生色素脱失。对脱毛疗效综合评价,医师满意率95.74%,患者满意率92.82%,二者差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.98,P>0.05)。结论:应用具有OPT的新型IPL进行脱毛疗效显著、副作用小。 Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of intense pulsed light (IPL) incorporated with optimal pulse technology (OPT) on hair removal. Methods A total of 195 patients were treated with IPL-OPT on 376 sites. Four sessions were performed at an interval of 4-6 weeks. Hair removal efficiency, calculated as percentage ratio of the number of terminal hair compared with baseline counts. The patients had been followed up for 6 months after the last session. In addition, subjective satisfaction was given by physicians and patients, according to a four-grade scale and satisfaction rates were calculated. Results More than 40% improvement of hair removal was 28.99%,76.33%,87.77% and 95.48% in four sessions, respectively. After the fourth session, different sites of hair removal all got good results (P〉 0.05). At the 6-month follow-up visit, the regenerated hairs were found on 150 (39.89%)sites and became thinner and pale with marked delay of regrowth. The areas of the regenerated hairs had not exceeded 10% areas of hair removal. Hyperpigmentation was observed on 12 (3.19%) sites, disappearing after 6 months follow-up. No hypopigmentation was observed. The satisfaction rates of the physicians and the patients were 95.74% and 92.82% respectively, showing no statistical difference (χ^2=2.98,P〉0.05). Conclusion This study demonstrates that IPL-OPT is a safe and effective treatment option for hair removal, with relatively few side effects.
