无刷直流电动机转矩脉动抑制控制方法

The Control Method to Minimize the Commutation Torque Ripple in Brushless DC Motor

摘要 对无刷直流电动机转矩脉动的产生机理进行分析,并通过对等效电路数学模型和运行状态的分析,得出了转矩脉动的大小及影响因素。然后通过PWM调制的方法对换相过程中产生的转矩脉动进行补偿,对不同的转速范围提出了不同的补偿方式。最后通过实验仿真验证了补偿方式的有效性。所得结果具有工程应用价值。 The reasons of torque tipple in brushless DC motor were analyzed. The values of torque tipple and the effects reasons were come out through the analyzing and modeling of the operation. Then, the corresponding PWM mode to compensate the commutation torque tip- ple in different velocity sections was proposed. In the end, the simulation results showed that the method was practical. The result represents project apphcation value.
