摘要
随着现代科学技术的发展,对工程机械结构提出了越来越高的要求:不仅要求有较高的承载能力、高的疲劳寿命,还要求机械结构在工作时有一定的工作可靠性。本文以工程机械中的装载机为例,基于ANSYS软件中的参数化设计语言APDL和蒙特卡罗法来研究有限元法在工程机械结构的可靠性分析中的应用。
With the development of science and technology, higher requirement has been needed for the structure of engineering machine, such as high bearing capacity, long fatigue life, and great reliability, so as to reduce the accidence and protect people and property. In this paper, based on the ANSYS Parametric Design Language (APDL) and the Monte Carlo simulation (MCS) method from the software of ANSYS, the structure of the working device of Loader and its reliable analysis are studied by using the finite element method (FEM) .
