摘要
活塞是钻机泥浆泵生产中的重要部件,其使用寿命直接影响到钻井生产的效率。本文通过对传统活塞的工作原理及受力情况的分析,并结合其在使用中存在的问题,设计了一种新型单作用活塞。
Piston of drilling pump is an important component in the production, and its length of the useful life will directly affect the production efficiency. Based on the principle of the work of traditional piston and the analysis of the forces situation and, in conjunction with its existing problems in using, the paper designs a new single-function piston.
