摘要
目的观察单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎(herpessimplexkeratitis,HSK)局部角膜免疫反应与其发病的关系。方法用HE染色及LSAB法染色对21例HSK病例角膜进行组织病理及免疫组化观察。结果组织病理显示HSK活动期以多形核白细胞为主,少量单核样细胞。静止期以单核样细胞为主。免疫组化显示CD4、CD8、CD14、CD15、CD20、CD68、CD71、HLA-DR、HSV-1、HSV-2阳性率分别为15.8%、15.8%、47.1%、21.1%、21.1%、88.9%、50%、66.7%、72.7%、63.6%。结论提示体液免疫及细胞免疫均参与了HSK的发病过程,细胞免疫在HSK的发病中起十分重要作用。
ObjectiveThis study was designed to investigate the correlation between corneal immune responses and pathogenesis in herpes simplex keratitis(HSK).MethodsCorneal buttons were obtained from 21 patients with herpetic keratitis(12 active and 9 quiescent cases)and were observed by light microscopy after HE staining and labelled streptavidin biotin(LSAB)immunohistochemical staining.ResultsPolymorphonuclear leukocyte infiltration with lower monocytes was present in corneas of active herpetic keratitis,while the cornea in cases of quiescent HSK showed predominantly infiltration by monocytes.The CD4,CD8,CD14,CD15,CD20,CD68,CD71,HLA DR,HSV 1,HSV 2 stains showed immunohistochemical positive staining rate with 15.8%,15.8%,47.1%,21.1%,21.1%,88.9%,50%,66.7%,72.7%,63.6%,respectively.ConclusionOur data suggest that both humoral and cellular immunity are involved in the pathogenesis of herpetic keratitis.The cell mediated immune responses have an important role in HSK.HSV 1 and HSV 2 may exist in the same cornea.
