摘要 采用示差扫描量热仪和 X 射线衍射仪研究了聚己内酯(PCL)的非等温结晶行为,并采用 Ozawa 方程、Jeziorny 方程分析了 PCL 的非等温结晶动力学。结果表明,在 PCL 结晶初期,Avrami 指数 n≈4,从而表明了 PCL 以均相成核的三维球晶方式生长,同时发现在 PCL 的结晶后期即相对结晶度为98%时存在缓慢的次级结晶,表明次级结晶的出现是过冷度影响的结果。 The nonisothermal crystallization behavior of poly(ε-caprolactone) was studied by DSC and XRD, the crystallization kinetics was analyzed using Ozawa and Jeziorny equations. The obtained Avrami index n is about 4, which demonstrates a three-dimensional spherulite growth on homogengous nuclei. Secondary crystallization process was observed when the relative crystallinity was 98 %, which was affected by the degree of supercooling.
