摘要
分离、培养取自关节内损伤性和晚期骨关节炎(OA)性滑膜细胞,逐日在倒置显微镜下观察细胞生长状况,发现有树突样细胞(DCs)、巨噬细胞样细胞(MCs)和成纤维细胞样细胞(FCs)三种不同类型的细胞贴壁生长。其中,FCs增殖迅速,呈束状或交叉铺展并可形成多层结构,在细胞表面有分泌物形成不透光的结节,经四环素标记、ARS及甲苯胺兰染色后,显示结节为新生骨组织。由此可以认为,损伤性及OA性滑膜关节滑膜细胞中的成纤维细胞样细胞具成骨作用,并可能是关节内游离体、关节缘骨赘形成的一种原因。
Synovial cells collected from injured joint and osteoarthritis(OA) were cultured in vitro and subjected to inverted phase-contrast microcopic observation. Three typyes of synoviocytes were discerned, the dendritelike cells(DCs), the macrophagelike cells(MCs) and the fibroblast-like cells(FCs).FCs increased in number rapidly and became confluenced and formed multilayer structure. On the cell surface of FCs, transparent crystals and black particles were agglomerated to form nodules. Histochemical study of the nodules with specific new bone labellers( Tetracyline, Alizarin red S and Toluidine blue) revealed positive reaction, denoting that the nodules were bone tissues. The results suggest that fibroblastlike cells of the synoviocytes procured from traumotologic and osteoarthritic joints posses osteogenic potentialand can induce free body and osteophyte formation.
