摘要
江汉采油工艺研究院自主研发的井下工具室内试验检测系统适用于各类封隔器及井下配套工具的性能检测试验,对各检测项目(如:耐温、耐压、上提、下压、扭转等)的检测试验能力均达到设计要求,能较好地满足井下工具的试验评价需要。文章对该检测装置的结构、原理、技术参数、特点和技术指标等作了祥细地介绍,旨在对该设备的推广应用的提供必要的了解和帮助。
The checkout system for indoors experiment of downhole tools, which Oil Production Technology Institute of Jianghan Oilfield Company is independent in developing, applies to all kinds of experiments checking the performance of packers and matching downhole tools. The system can make each item checkout reach design demand and satisfy test evaluation of downhole tools better. This paper introduces its structure, principles, technical parameters, features and technical norms in detail to generalize and apply this system.
