摘要
目的对射洪县人民医院处方实施监督管理与评价分析,促进临床医生合理用药。方法建立处方点评制度,填写处方评价表,分析不合理用药处方,及时干预不合理用药。结果本院临床药师对处方的监督管理工作促进临床用药的合理性,加强《处方管理办法》的执行。结论本院认真贯彻执行《处方管理办法》已取得一定成效,但还需要医院各科室的全面配合,提高和加强临床药师的权利和义务。
Objective To carry out supervising and evaluating the prescription of my hospitals is helpful to problem the clinician＇ s using medicine reasonably. Methods Established the system of prescription evaluation, analysed the presentation of the unreasonable uses of medicine and intervened the unreasonable uses of medicine timely. Results The clinical apothecary＇ s supervising to the prescription promotes the clinical reasonable uses of medicine and causes the rules of prescription＇ s management to be well carried out. Conclusion We rod had marked effect on administering. The rules of prescription＇ s many bent , but the all sided cooperation of each section of live is still needed to improve and strengthen the clinical apothecary＇ s rights and duties.
