摘要
随着水分胁迫程度的加剧,冬小麦旗叶的膜质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)的含量升高,膜脂肪酸不饱和度降低,叶肉细胞内叶绿体、线粒体的形态、结构异常,甚至裂解,质膜内陷,胞质液泡化,胞壁层次减少。表明土壤水分胁迫损害小麦旗叶细胞质膜及叶肉细胞的超微结构,加速其衰老进程。
Under soil drought condition, the rate of permeability and the malondialdehyde (MDA)contents increased, but the index of unsaturated fatty acid(IUFA)of membrane lipid declined. Under soil water stress, morphological and structural changes of chloroplast and mitochondria occured irregularly, even disintegrated, plasma membrane depressed toward cell center. The large central vacuole formed many small vesicles, the layer numbers of cell wall decreased maybe. These results showed that soil drought in long duration resulted in the destruction of cell membrane and ultrastructure of mesophyll cell in flag leaves of winter wheat, but adaptation of winter wheat to soil drought was not significant.
