成功救治百草枯中毒1例临床报道

摘要 1临床资 料患者田××，女，37岁，因“自服百草枯约10^＋ml，伴腹痛2^＋h”入院。患者于2^＋h前因争吵后自服20％百草枯溶液约10^＋ml，立即出现恶心、呕吐，呕吐出少量胃液（具体不详），同时伴口腔、咽喉、胸骨后轻微烧灼感，并出现胸骨后、剑下、上腹部烧灼样疼痛。疼痛呈进行性加重，不能缓解遂急诊入院。
