摘要
路网空车调整计划是全路技术计划的重要内容,编制科学优化的空车调整计划对加速车辆周转具有重要意义。在分析路网空车调整问题的基础上,确定路网空车调整系统的目标与功能,按空车集结输送的组织方法,提出调空区段、空车计算站和空车集结站等概念以降低问题计算规模,引入空车走行径路使空车调整计算结果更具有可操作性。设计空车调整优化计算过程,通过实际数据计算验证表明,该计算方法能够按预订要求编制空车调整计划,编制结果令人满意。
The empty-vehicles dispatching plan was an important part of railway technical plan in China, it was of great significance to shorten the period of one full turnaround of vehicle. Based on the analysis of the problem, the objectives and functions of Empty-vehicle Dispatching System were put forward. According to the organization method that the empty- vehicles were concentratively transported to their destinations, the calculation sections, the calculation 'stations and the concentration stations for empty-vehicles were put forward to reduce the calculation complexity. Empty-vehicles transport path on railway was also introduced to make the calculation result be more operable. The calculation procedure was also designed. By testing and comparing with the actual data, it was proved that the Empty-vehicle Dispatching System could give satisfied solutions under the preset conditions.
