摘要
家庭养老是中国农村养老保障的主要形式。随着社会经济的发展,中国农村传统的家庭养老出现了老人权威危机、保障主体缺位、交换互惠不对等、代际倾斜严重等问题。传统文化的约束和经济社会的发展使得家庭养老具有不可替代的地位。农村家庭养老的传承和发展应从法律规范化、政府支持、文化支撑等方面加以引导。
The family endowment is the main method of China＇s rural endowment guarantee. With the development of the social economy, there are many problems which include old-age right crisis, guarantee mainbody lack, profit unbalance between the exchange bodies and the age-grade incline heavily in the China＇s rural tradional family endowment. Due to the restrain of the traditional culture and the development of economy social, the family endowment has the indelible situation. We should guide the transmission and development of the rural family endowment from the law standard, government supporting and the culture resistance.
