摘要
控制DNA穿越纳米孔的速度对于低成本基因测序起着重要作用.为此,用流体力学研究DNA穿越纳米孔的过程,提出了控制DNA穿越速度的方法.
Driving DNA through a synthetic solid nanopore is potentially a low-cost sequencing method. To achieve a single base-pair resolution, DNA's translocation velocity has to be controlled. I use a theoretical model to investigate the process of DNA translocation in a nanopore. Based on derived results, several methods to control the DNA translocation speed are suggested.
