摘要
为了制备低成本、高性能的钛合金粉末冶金零件,研究了钛合金粉末的内润滑温压成形行为。当采用0.06%Li-st和0.06%HDPE(质量分数,下同)润滑剂进行内润滑温压成形时,在180℃温压、500MPa压力下,1350℃烧结坯的相对密度值均大于99%,相对密度最大值达到99.56%,接近全致密,且烧结坯具有较低的杂质含量和较高的尺寸精度。钛合金粉末的内润滑温压成形较室温成形细化了合金的显微组织、提高了钛合金零件的致密度。
For producing the titanium alloy powder metallurgy parts with lower cost and higher property, the behavior of warm pressing with admixed powder lubrication for titanium alloy powder was studied in the paper. When warm pressing was done with 0.06wt% Li-st or 0.06wt% HDPE admixed powder lubricant at 180 ℃ under the pressure of 500 MPa, the relative density after sintering at 1350 ℃ reached 99%, the maximum 99.56%. Warm pressing with admixed powder lubrication is beneficial to get the parts with better size tolerance and lower impurity. Compared to ambient pressing, the warm pressing improved the density and microstructure of titanium alloy powder metallurgy parts.
