摘要
在城市应急救援系统中,物流承担着保障救援物资供应的重要使命。从时效性角度对救援过程中应急物流进行研究,将成本分析法创新性地应用到应急物流的时效性研究中,提出了流程增值率和减损率的计算方法。将协同的思想应用到应急物流领域中,更深层次地探讨了应急物流时效性的实现策略。为应急物资救援时效性研究提供了参考。
In urban emergency rescue system, the logistics shoulders the important mission of ensuring relief supplies. The paper studies the emergency logistics during the process of rescue from the aspect of timeliness. The cost analysis method is applied to timeliness research of emergency logistics innovatively, and calculation methods for appreciation rate and detraction rate of the process have been put forward. On this basis, the corporation concept is introduced into the emergency management,and the realizing method to improve the timeliness of emergency logistics is deeply discussed. Accordingly, it can provide reference for the research of emergency rescue material＇s timeliness.
