摘要
针对火电建设项目的特点,结合建设项目后评价理论,分析了火电建设项目后评价的必要性,提出了火电建设项目后评价方法,即逻辑框架法、对比法和成功度评价法,总结了火电建设项目后评价的内容,给出了火电建设项目后评价指标体系,并结合实际后评价项目进行了分析说明。
According to the special feature of thermal power plant construction proiect and the post-evaluation theory on construction project, this paper analyzes the necessity of post-evaluation for thermal power plant construction project,and puts forward the post-evaluation methods for thermal power plant construction project including the logical framework approach（LFA）, the contrast approach and the success degree evaluation approach. Combined with the practice, it summarizes the main evaluation content and the evaluation index system of post-evaluation for thermal power plant construction project.
