紫外分光光度法测定注射用硫酸普拉睾酮钠的含量 被引量:1

摘要 建立了用紫外分光光度法测定注射用硫酸普拉睾酮钠含量的方法。以蒸馏水为溶剂,在波长288nm下用紫外分光光度法测定,在2~10mg/mL浓度范围内注射用硫酸普拉睾酮钠含量与吸光度呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为99.2%,RSD为1.6%,稳定性强,吸光度在8h内无明显变化。结果表明,该方法简单方便.准确度和精密度均能满足分析要求,可用于注射用硫酸普拉睾酮钠的质量控制及生产中间体的质量控制。 The sodium prasterone sulfate was dissolved with pure water and determined by UV spectrophotometry at 289nm. There was a good linear relationship in the range of 2-10mg/L. The recovery was 99.2% and the RSD was 1.6%. The results were stable and no obvious change of absorbance was observed in 8 hours. The accuracy and precision can meet the analytical requirement. The method is simple and convenient and can be used for quality control of sodium prosteron sulfate injection and medial products.
