摘要 基于超燃冲压发动机进气道表面的热环境,考虑采用结构防热来实现进气道表面的有效热防护.对进气道表面进行了隔热网结构和瓦楞结构两种方案的热结构设计,并分别对两种方案设计的热防护效果进行了仿真计算.结果表明,在设计工作时间内两种热结构设计都满足工作在材料许用温度范围内的要求,可以实现有效热防护.并在计算结果基础上,对两种方案结构进行了分析比较,指出了瓦楞结构的防热效果更佳. Based on the thermal environment of the inlet surface of the scramjet, the structure thermal protection was proposed to provide efficient protection for the inlet surface. Two thermal structure schemes for the inlet surface were designed, including net strut ture and corrugated sheet structure. And the thermal protection effect of two schemes was simulated. The results indicate that, two thermal structures could achieve efficient thermal protection within the permissible temperature range. Based on comparative analysis, it shows that the corrugated sheet structure has better thermal protection effect.
