摘要 本文报道了用于测定水中五氯酚的气相色谱方法.根据样品基质不同,五氯酚加入浓度在0.2—3.8ppb时,回收率约为86—96%,相对标准偏差为1.5—4.5%.采样10ml,方法的最低检测浓度为0.02ppb,线性范围约为两个数量级.方法已成功地用于河水及污水中五氯酚的测定. A rapid and Sensitive gas chromatographic method for the determination of pentachlorophenol (PCP) in water has been developed. Prior to anal sis, water sample was adjusted to alkaline by addition of solid potassium carbonate and extraction with petroleum ether so that interferences caused by basic and neutral organic compounds can be avoided. PCP remaining in the water phase was then derivatized by acetic anhydride, extracted with petroleum ether and analyzed by GC/ECD. Recovery test was also investigated by spiking PCP into pure water, drinking water and river water. At spike concentration of 0.2 to 3.8ppb, recovery of the method was found to be 86% to 96% with a relative standard deviation of 1.5% to 4.3% depended upon sample matrix. The MDL for PCP in a 100 ml water sample was 0.02ppb and the range of linearity was about 2 decades. Method presented here has een applied to river water and industrial wastcwater without any troubles.
