摘要
目的:评价以学校为基础的家长参与式青春期健康教育项目对中学生父母家庭性教育态度和行为的影响。方法:在上海市某区6所中学开展干预研究,干预持续2个学年。通过干预前后2次问卷调查评价干预效果。结果:基线调查时,干预组和对照组父母对家庭性教育的态度或看法基本一致,二组父母在与孩子谈论性相关话题的难易程度及主动与孩子谈过异性交往问题的状况也无显著差异。终末调查时,干预组父母认为有必要开展家庭性教育的比例显著高于对照组,干预组父母报告容易与孩子谈论性相关话题及主动与孩子谈过异性交往问题的比例也较基线显著升高,特别是高中生父母。多因素分析调整了可能的影响因素后显示,干预对提高父母家庭性教育意识有一定促进作用,其效应的OR值为1.22;干预对父母家庭性教育的开展也有促进作用,其效应的OR值为1.21。结论:干预对提高父母的家庭性教育意识及促进父母家庭性教育的开展有一定促进作用。建议教育部门开展以学校为基础的家长参与式青春期健康教育活动,全面推动家庭性教育的开展。
Objective: To evaluate the effects of school-based intervention on attitudes towards and behaviors on family sex education among parents of middle and high school students. Methods: Four middle schools and two high schools in an urban district of Shanghai were selected as the study sites. The intervention lasted for two school years. The effects of the intervention program were evaluated by comparing the results from the baseline and post-intervention surveys. Results: At baseline, there were no significant differences between intervention and control groups in parents attitudes towards family sex education, their perceived difficulty in communicating sex issues with their child and status about taking the initiative in communicating issues on relationship with the opposite sex with their child. At post-intervention survey, however, parents in the intervention group were significantly more likely to report that it was necessary to provide family sex education for their child than those in the control. The percentage of parents who reported that it was easy to talk sex issues with their child and the percentage of parents who reported that they had ever communicated issues on relationship with the opposite sex with their child on their own initiative in the intervention group were also significantly increased over time, especially parents of high school students. After adjusting some potential influencing factors, the intervention enhanced parents'intend on family sex education (OR=1.22) and promoted parents to communicate issues of relationship with the opposite sex with their child on their own initiative (OR=1.21). Conclusion: The intervention had positive impacts on parents' attitudes towards and behaviors on family sex education. It is suggested that the education department should conduct school-based intervention program to promote family sex education comprehensively.
