小胶质细胞在肌萎缩侧索硬化症研究中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 肌萎缩侧索硬化症(ALS)是以选择性运动神经元变性丢失、进行性瘫痪为特征的慢性退行性疾病,其相关发病机制学说众多,目前尚不明确。近年研究认为,运动神经元与其周围小胶质细胞的相互作用异常参与了ALS发病及病情进展,且小胶质细胞激活参与炎症反应在ALS发病中的作用越来越受到关注。此文就ALS发病中小胶质细胞的激活、作用以及可能作用机制做一综述,通过对小胶质细胞的调控可能为ALS治疗提供新的希望。
