脑脉泰对高血脂症大鼠血管内皮功能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察中药脑脉泰对高血脂症大鼠血脂水平和血管内皮功能相关指标的影响。方法取健康Wistar大鼠30只,随机分为模型组、治疗组和正常组,分别给予高脂饲料、高脂饲料加脑脉泰和基础饲料喂养。8周后取血检测各组动物血脂水平指标TG和TC及内皮功能相关指标血浆内皮素(ET)、内皮细胞表达黏附因子(ICAM-1)、NO和降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)。结果8周后模型组大鼠血脂水平较正常组显著升高,而治疗组较模型组血脂水平明显下降。8周后,模型组大鼠血清ET和ICAM-1含量比正常组明显升高,治疗组相对模型组降低(P<0.01);大鼠血清NO和CGRP水平在模型组明显降低,而治疗组相对模型组升高(P<0.01)。结论中药脑脉泰能降低高血脂症大鼠血脂水平,改善血管内皮功能和血管舒张状态。 Objective: It is to observe the effects of Naornaitai on the correlated indexes of blood lipid level and vascular endothelium function in rats with hyperlipemia. Methods 30 Wistar rats were assigned into 3 groups at random: model group, treatment group and normal group. Animals in each group were fed with normal, high-fat, or high-fat mixed Naomaitai foods respectively. After 8 weeks blood lipid indexes including TG, TC, and vascular endothelium indexes including ET, ICAM - 1, NO and CGRP were determined in serum. Results After 8 weeks feeding, lipid level was obviously higher in model group than that in normal group, but the level in treatment group was lower than that in model group. Levels of serum ET and ICAM- 1 in model group were higher than those in normal group, but dropped in treatment group (P〈0.01). The serum levels of NO and CGRP were obviously lowed down in model group, however the levels rose much in treatment group compared withthat in model group (P〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Naomaitai could low down blood lipid level, improve the function of vascular endothelium, and constriction-relaxation of blood vessel in hyperlipemia rats.
