The review of ultrasound-targeted microbubbles destruction mediated gene transfer
摘要
超声靶向破坏微泡(ultrasound—targeted microbubble destruction,UTMD)是一项新兴的介导基因转染的技术,较传统病毒载体介导的基因感染方法具有更为安全及组织靶向性的优势。近十多年来,学者们对UTMD研究不断深入,利用该技术进行体内外基因转染的实验研究取得了一定的成果。
