摘要
探讨了互联网出版合法性的若干问题:①出版单位的合法性;②"一号一证"的合法性;③出版范围的合法性;④编辑出版机构的合法性;⑤编排规范的合法性;⑥出版方式的合法性;⑦编辑出版过程的合法性。为制定《互联网出版管理暂行规定〈补充规定〉》和《互联网出版管理规定》时提供参考。
The validity of net publishing includes：the validity of publisher, of the ＂one number one eertificate＂, of the publishing area, of the edition and publishing institution, of the edition and type eriterion, of the publishing models, and of the process of edition and publishing. The problems are discussed to give reference to the creation of Temporary Regulations on Administration of Internet Publishing （Supplement） and Regulations on Administration of Internet Publishing.
